Summary

Join UltraViolet Cyber as the Head of Managed Services, a pivotal leadership role driving the success of our managed security service delivery. You will own and drive all managed security service delivery and technical operations, focusing on support and advancement of services. This role maximizes client retention, achieves operating margin goals, and implements strategic initiatives. You will oversee all aspects of service delivery, focusing on security operations strategy and execution. Your strategic skills will be instrumental in developing and executing strategies to enhance our managed services. This position offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.

Requirements

  • Experience working at a global MSSP
  • Experience managing global teams of 20+ people
  • Experience driving coordination and seem-less customer facing experience while managing resources across UV teams: platform, customer success, dedicated and shared delivery
  • Experience meeting with managed services customers in QBRs showcasing service advancements
  • Experience driving practice roadmaps for service delivery excellence and drive workstreams to advance managed services delivery
  • Experience reducing costs with offshore delivery, particularly leveraging partners in India
  • Experience structuring and maturing threat detection and intelligence teams to provide programmatic cadence of deliverables to customers with enriched detections and higher quality investigations

Responsibilities

  • Drive security operations strategy and execution across organization
  • Build and implement operational excellence with collapsed and optimized operational metrics, team runbooks, and organizational structure
  • Advocate for platform strategy and direction to development team for enhanced customer experience
  • Demonstrated ability to inherit a long-tenured team and within a year transform that team into a high-performing unit
  • Leverage previous senior management responsibility in private equity/venture-backed startup in a high-growth environment
