Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related discipline; postgraduate qualifications (e.g., MBA) are advantageous
• A minimum of 10 years’ experience in manufacturing leadership roles, preferably within the skincare, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or FMCG industries
• Demonstrated expertise in GMP-compliant manufacturing environments
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage complex operations, and deliver continuous improvement outcomes
• Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive manufacturing strategy aligned with Alpha-H’s business objectives and brand values
• Lead initiatives to scale production capacity in line with global demand and product innovation
• Oversee all aspects of manufacturing operations, including production planning, scheduling, maintenance, and inventory control
• Ensure adherence to production timelines, cost targets, and quality standards
• Uphold the highest standards of product quality and safety in accordance with TGA, GMP, ISO, and other relevant regulatory frameworks
• Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with internal policies and external regulatory requirements
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing manufacturing team
• Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement
• Collaborate closely with R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, and Commercial teams to support new product development and operational scalability
• Manage relationships with third-party manufacturers and suppliers to ensure alignment with Alpha-H’s standards and expectations
• Drive the adoption of sustainable manufacturing practices and support the company’s environmental goals
• Evaluate and implement new technologies and automation solutions to enhance efficiency and innovation
