Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of successfully developing and launching data-driven products in the digital advertising space
- Strong understanding of digital advertising ecosystems, including programmatic advertising, adtech platforms, data flows, and customer segments
- Experience with sustainability initiatives or environmental impact assessment in a product context is highly desirable
- Demonstrated track record of leading and mentoring product teams, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-making at all levels of the organization
Responsibilities
- Build and mentor a high-performing product team focused on media activation products, integrations, and our collaborative sustainability platform
- Drive product innovation, strategy, and execution for Scope3's media activation suite and sustainability platform
- Foster close collaboration with engineering and technical teams to translate product vision into technical requirements, ensure efficient development processes, and deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer needs and business objectives
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams to gather insights and drive product adoption
- Translate complex technical concepts and sustainability metrics into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of the team's products
- Lead the integration of sustainability features into media activation processes, ensuring alignment with Scope3's mission to decarbonize advertising
