Proven track record in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across diverse marketing channels

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative and results-driven product marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, attract new engagements, and contribute to overall revenue expansion
  • Oversee all aspects of marketing operations, including digital marketing, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and public relations
  • Manage and optimize marketing budgets, ensuring maximum ROI on marketing investments
  • Building out and leading a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to achieve team and company objectives
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals and objectives
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and use insights to refine marketing strategies
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance
  • Identify and prioritize events for marketing activities and lead logistic coordination
  • Foster relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to enhance the company’s marketing capabilities and expand its reach
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels and touchpoints
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation in marketing strategies and tactics

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated excellence in a senior product marketing role, preferably within the tech industry
  • Experience leading a defense technology marketing team or passion to support the national security enterprise
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Proven experience collaborating closely with product and marketing teams to develop and implement comprehensive technology-driven strategies to advance awareness, adoption, and growth
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of building and mentoring high-performing marketing teams
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools, as well as familiarity with analytics platforms
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and fully remote work environment
  • Passion for technology
