• Chat GPT and other AI experience

Responsibilities

• Managing a team of 2: a Operations Manager and a Senior Project Manager
• Optimize organizational efficiency by continuously improving processes and tools, ensuring adherence to established procedures, and facilitating effective collaboration and training across teams
• Responsibilities in the Project Management Department include Project Planning and Cross-functional Collaboration, Process Improvement and Risk Management, and Security and Tools Strategy
• Manage on-chain operations and ensure compliance with on-chain governance rules, document processes and owners for on-chain operations and ensure they are up-to-date; Track on-chain assets and ensure they are properly recorded and accounted for; Report on the financial cost of tools and services used; Collaborate with the finance analyst to ensure compliance with budget and financial reporting requirements; Identify and report any financial or operational risks related to on-chain operations
