Remote Strategy and Operations Head

Summary

Join WorldQuant's Singapore office as a Strategy and Operations Head to lead the growth of WQBRAIN user base in Southeast Asia. Develop strategies for new growth initiatives, handle operations including user management, engage with internal and external partners, drive execution of key initiatives, and lead global initiatives.

Requirements

• At least a Bachelor’s Degree from recognized colleges and institutions
• 3 years+ of relevant leadership experience in business strategy, consulting and operations related work with a consistent track record of building/scaling a B2C business or online community and having made a positive impact on user onboarding, conversion, growth and/or engagement metrics
• Experience in quant or finance domains/industries would be a plus
• Ability to work independently and as an integral member of the team
• Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and prioritize in a fast-paced and multifaceted environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Define the territory’s growth strategy by working closely with BRAIN global leadership and WorldQuant’s Singapore head to build the WQBRAIN brand
• Develop case for new growth initiatives
• Handle operations including user management – includes acquisition, onboarding, engagement, support and lifecycle support
• Engage with internal and external partners to implement growth plan
• Drive execution of key initiatives like promotions, competitions etc
• Lead key global initiatives and craft standard methodologies across WQBrain locations
