Summary

Bizee is seeking a skilled and experienced Head of Paid Search to join their team. This remote position requires hands-on experience in developing and executing comprehensive paid search strategies across various platforms, with a focus on Google & Microsoft Ads. The ideal candidate should have a data-driven mindset, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in managing Google Ads
  • Proven track record of success in personally managing PPC accounts with 8-figure budgets
  • Demonstrated ability in conversion rate optimization and implementing media campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in leveraging data to inform strategies, including a deep understanding of lifetime value modeling
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid search strategies across various platforms, including Google & Microsoft Ads
  • Directly handle campaign setup, optimization, and management across all paid search platforms
  • Manage multiple 8-figure budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and maximization of ROI
  • Apply strong business acumen and a thorough understanding of lifetime value modeling to inform strategic decisions
  • Utilize expertise in conversion rate optimization (CRO) to enhance campaign performance and achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with copywriters to create compelling and conversion-focused media copy
  • Work closely with the Head of Revenue Operations on analytics and measurement of paid search campaign performance
  • Partner closely with the Head of Brand and Head of Content to develop and implement creative campaigns that drive results
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in the digital advertising landscape
  • Utilize advanced audience data analytics to develop targeted advertising strategies, ensuring that each campaign reaches the most relevant and engaged segments

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree
  • Experience working with Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs)
  • Background in working at or with advertising agencies, and directly with ad companies like Google, Facebook, etc
  • Comfortable and experienced in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Former entrepreneur or founder
