This remote-first role, based in New York, focuses on driving revenue and pipeline growth through strategic partnerships within the crypto and finance industries. You will build and manage relationships with key players, including accounting firms, custody providers, and blockchain analytics companies. Responsibilities include developing and executing a partnership roadmap, collaborating with sales and marketing, and negotiating and closing deals. Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or crypto
• Strong Network in Crypto & Finance
• Proven ability to structure and close partnership deals that drive measurable business impact
• Comfortable working in a high-growth startup environment with minimal oversight

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic partnership roadmap to fuel revenue growth and expand pipeline opportunities
• Work hand-in-hand with sales and marketing teams to generate partner-led deal flow and co-create impactful go-to-market initiatives
• Cultivate meaningful partnerships with key players in accounting, custody, analytics, and trading infrastructure to enhance Cryptio’s market position
• Drive co-branded events, webinars, and content collaborations to amplify brand reach and credibility
• Work alongside product and engineering teams to identify and execute integrations that enhance Cryptio’s offerings
• Structure, negotiate, and finalise commercial agreements that create long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships
• Represent the company at key industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to boost brand visibility and uncover new partnership opportunities

Preferred Qualifications

Existing relationships with accounting firms, custody providers, blockchain analytics firms, or trading infrastructure players
