Head of Partnerships

Summary

doola is seeking a compassionate, driven individual with 1-5+ years of experience in external-facing roles to grow partnerships for their company. The role involves engaging with partners, developing outbound tools, and cross-functional work with product, engineering, sales, and marketing. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Nurture and grow the pipeline of deal and channel partners
• Directly engage with potential partners and own the partner deal cycle from end to end
• Develop outbound tools to generate partners and resolve prospect questions before they need to ask
• Work incredibly cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales, and marketing
• Be the voice of the company when it comes to announcing and sharing partnerships across multiple platforms
• Delight partners from the start - there's not a problem you can't solve and an expectation you can't exceed
• Be the voice of partners in internal meetings to drive product development and highlight success stories for content development
• Document and analyze your interactions to help us learn from our partners and make the most of our service
• Forecasting, planning, and strategy to ensure that we can grow our partnerships channel and have it be a significant source of growth for the company
