Summary

The job is for a Head of People at CodePath, a national non-profit organization focused on providing software engineering education to underrepresented groups. The role involves overseeing all aspects of the People function, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, HR policies and procedures, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Experience in a high-growth, fast paced, remote, and ideally engineering-centric environment
• Functional expertise across all general areas of HR, including organizational design, planning, employee experience, talent and performance management, compensation, diversity and inclusion, employee relations, policy writing & compliance
• Broad leadership and organizational development experience including direct team/people management

Responsibilities

• Lead a people first organization that supports CodePath’s overall mission and vision, making CodePath one of the world’s 'Best Companies to Work For
• Build employee-oriented people practices and initiatives that exemplify and reinforce our high-performance culture
• Oversee and direct core People functions: talent acquisition, talent management, total rewards, employee relations, compliance, organizational design, training and development, employee engagement, and people database systems
• Collaboratively strategize and implement organizational design, systems, processes, and programs that optimize org-wide productivity and employee well-being
