Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in people experience, people strategy, HR, employee engagement, or a related field
• Proven track record of driving positive change within an organization, especially around employee feedback, onboarding, and retention
• Experience in driving employee engagement in a performance driven environment and how to address concerns or challenges to enhance the employee experience
• Strong understanding of employee lifecycle management, and a passion for creating a positive employee journey
• Strong project management skills with the ability to take ownership and drive multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and collaborate with employees at all levels of the organization

Responsibilities

• Reporting directly to the Head of People based in Germany
• Shaping the employee journey within our global organisation, from onboarding through to retention
• Supporting our aspiration to deliver exceptional employee experiences while driving positive change in the organisation
