Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Corporate Performance Management or Enterprise Performance Management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (e.g., Practice Leader, Director, VP, etc.)
  • Demonstrated success in leading and scaling a CPM/EPM practice, preferably within a consulting or professional services environment
  • Proven track record of managing large, cross-functional teams and projects in corporate finance or enterprise performance management (EPM)
  • Deep expertise in EPM/CPM functional areas, including: close and consolidations; planning, budgeting & forecasting; capital planning; people planning and reporting & analytics
  • Experience with CPM/EPM solutions such as OneStream, Oracle, Planful, Tagetik, Pigment or SAP including the implementation, configurations and optimization for clients
  • Experience managing strategic alliances with technology partners, ensuring alignment on business objectives and mutual growth
  • Experience in developing and mentoring high-performing teams, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and innovation
  • Proven success in business development, building client relationships, and growing revenue within a consulting practice
  • Experience in leading sales pursuits, proposals, and RFP responses for CPM/EPM projects

  • Drive business development and manage a strong pipeline
  • Oversee deal cycles, maintain high-quality standards, and serve as an Engagement Lead
  • Resolve escalations, mitigate risk and provide subject matter expertise across accounts
  • Identify new growth opportunities beyond historical areas
  • Define practice direction aligned with overall strategy and drive offering innovation
  • Lead organic and inorganic growth efforts in collaboration with leadership
  • Mitigate risks and sponsor continuous improvement initiatives
  • Identify and prioritize key partnerships, developing new alliances as needed
  • Oversee partnership growth and manage relationships for channel success
  • Represent the firm in joint activities and drive collaborative thought leadership
  • Align partnership activities with joint strategic goals
