Summary

Join Hitachi Vantara as a strategic partner operations professional supporting the AMER Partner organization and partners in all aspects of partner business. This role involves localizing and executing partner programs, benefits, and growth initiatives, reporting to the Head of Global Partner Operations and the AMER Partner Sales VP. You will be a key driver for successful implementation of Partner Programs, supporting the AMER partner team with quarterly business reviews, analysis of key metrics, and budget management. Responsibilities include supporting partner sales managers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and working with the Global Partner Operations Team. You will also support partner sales and marketing managers with various projects and maintain processes/IT applications to facilitate indirect business. Requirements

  • BA/BS in Business Administration/Finance/Accounting, 5 + years of relevant experience in a tech company in operations, revenue, finance, sales support
  • An ability to work autonomously in fast paced environment, and in multicultural virtual matrix teams. To work closely with Partner sales organizations and build sustainable business partnerships at various organizational levels
  • You are positive, have excellent organizational, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills and high attention to the details. Youโ€™re excellent communicator (written and verbal) in English
  • An ability to think creatively and work consistently to identify any process improvement opportunities, proactively work on simplification of daily operations
  • Technical, analytical skills and MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Power BI, Word), SFDC systems knowledge
  • Bilingual (Spanish preferred, Portuguese or French optional)

Responsibilities

  • Be a key driver for successful implementation of Partner Programs across AMER and various strategic growth initiatives
  • Support AMER partner team with quarterly business reviews, analysis of key metrics, trends, partner planning and budget management. Focus on ROI, effective execution, clear measurement of results and related reporting to global stakeholders
  • Support partner sales managers and AMER partner leadership in enabling effective partner landscape, identify needs for partner enablement and training
  • Collaborate with internal and external cross-functional teams to implement, enable and execute partner program activities following corporate guidelines and processes
  • Close cooperation with Global Partner Operations Team to drive adoption of corporate programs, tools and processes across AMER. Build and communicate respective business reports (programs and tools utilization), feedback from the field
  • Support Hitachi Vantara Partner Sales and Marketing Managers with execution of targeted incentives, product launches, and other ad-hoc projects. Align with global teams and other GEOโ€™s to utilize global processes and tools. Communicate best practices across the regions
  • Maintain appropriate processes / IT applications to facilitate indirect business in AMER, and act as focal point for resolving issues affecting country business operations; drive simplification and clear documentation of processes
  • Works collaboratively with counterparts in other geographies to drive consistent, global processes, standard operating procedures, metrics & measurement and tool implementations
