Requirements

• 8+ years in SaaS product management, with demonstrated success in launching and scaling impactful software solutions
• A strong background in driving Product-Led Growth strategies, including customer acquisition, retention, and monetization through product experiences
• Experience thriving in fast-paced startup environments, particularly within venture studios, incubators, or high-growth organizations
• Strong understanding of agile development methodologies and lean startup principles
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Enthusiastic about the transformative potential of AI in SMB-focused products

Responsibilities

• Define and articulate clear product strategies for each venture, aligning with 1848 Ventures’ mission and OKRs
• Develop and maintain prioritized product roadmaps detailing key features, milestones, and timelines
• Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation and concept validation to launch and iteration
• Partner with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure timely and seamless product delivery
• Conduct in-depth market, customer, and competitive analyses, staying ahead of industry trends to identify opportunities and address unmet needs
• Establish and monitor key product metrics to track success and inform continuous improvement
• Advocate for the integration of AI and machine learning into products to enhance functionality and user experiences
• Stay informed on emerging technologies and trends in AI to identify new avenues for innovation
• Build and manage a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and data-driven decision-making
• Mentor and coach product managers, supporting their professional growth and development
• Communicate product progress, updates, and challenges to key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and internal leadership
• Cultivate strong relationships with portfolio company founders and teams to ensure alignment and partnership
