Requirements

• Strong experience in managing and coaching product teams
• Strategic vision and business acumen, particularly in B2B SaaS
• Track record of successful collaboration with multiple stakeholders
• Strong understanding of SME market and business needs
• Excellent UX sensibility and customer-centric approach
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of ~10 Product Managers and Product marketing managers, including managers
• Manage cross-functional roles (Product Marketing, potentially Data)
• Define and execute product strategy aligned with business objectives
• Drive product maturity and optimization
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in international product expansion
• Background in fintech or financial software
• Experience with accounting/financial products
