Summary

The job is for a Head of Product in a new startup that aims to enable 50MM+ expert-knowledge workers to do fractional work more easily. The candidate should have at least 8 years of professional experience, with 4+ years in product design or product strategy. They should have experience building SaaS products with product-led growth and strong user experience background. The ideal candidate is a world-class communicator who loves the zero to one startup culture and has deep focus on the customer.

Requirements

• 8+ years professional experience
• 4+ years in product design or product strategy
• Experience building SaaS products with product-led growth
• Strong User Experience background
• Strong User Interface design background; ability to own full UI design of a responsive web app in Figma
• Demonstrated evidence of being able to excel as a product leader; capable of working directly with engineering
• Lots of startup experience - you’ve been a part of early stage startups – perhaps on the founding team before – and you love the zero to one startup culture and ambiguity
