Responsibilities

  • Product Discovery: Conduct market and user research, analyze competitive landscape, consumer trends to inform product development
  • Partner cross-functionally to define product vision, strategy, and contribute to roadmap planning
  • Lead Go-to-Market strategies and ongoing customer growth activities
  • Define omnichannel infrastructure, manage, and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for new and existing product initiatives
  • Growth: Evaluate product market fit through ongoing user and competitive research, identify growth opportunities
  • Lead and execute in-product promotion strategy to meet business objectives
  • Keep a pulse on the competitive landscape in the financial technology space and incorporate learnings into customer growth initiatives
  • Partner closely with Brand, Creative and Lifecycle teams by developing briefs to activate marketing strategies

Preferred Qualifications

FinTech, Banking experience particularly in a startup environment
