Summary
Join Hostinger's dynamic team as their experienced Head of Product! You will lead product vision, strategy, and roadmap, acting as the CEO of a product within the company and owning its P&L. You'll prioritize activities based on business needs and customer impact, advocating for user needs and collaborating with various teams. This role requires a strong track record of driving business growth through product innovation and a proven ability to manage product delivery lifecycles and lead teams. Requirements
- Have an entrepreneurial mindset, financial comprehension, a can-do attitude, and a strong sense of ownership toward the product you are working on
- Have a strong track record of driving business growth through product innovation and customer-centricity
- Have great product instincts
- Have a proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product delivery lifecycle
- Experience in hiring, shaping and leading a team of highly skilled professionals and managers
- Have proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
- Have a technical background and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
- Have strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Responsibilities
- Lead, represent, and communicate product vision, strategy and roadmap to all stakeholders
- Make sure that product strategy is aligned with the overall company strategy and goals
- Act as the CEO of a product within the company
- Be the main responsible person for P&L
- Make decisions within the product that lead to success
- Scope and prioritize product activities based on business needs and customer impact
- Act as the customer advocate by articulating the user’s needs
- Work closely with the marketing, customer success and other teams to ensure that customer satisfaction goals are met
- Keep track of industry trends
- Take leadership, including hiring, evaluating, and mentoring your team members
