Deep understanding of B2B enterprise environments

Responsibilities

• Establish and standardize the product development process across Lumos
• Rapidly hire and mentor top-tier PMs, developing them into high-performing leaders
• Clearly communicate the direction and priorities of the product vision to all teams
• Dive deep into technical details and guide the company through critical trade-offs
• Foster strong partnerships between product, engineering, and GTM teams
