Requirements

• Proven experience in product management or strategy, particularly in blockchain technology and gaming
• Strong strategic thinking, communication, and collaboration skills
• Experience in Web3 companies
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the product vision and strategy, collaborating closely with the Head of Engineering to ensure technological feasibility and alignment with engineering capabilities
• Perform deep market analysis, focusing on gaming and blockchain trends, and integrate these insights into product development, in partnership with engineering
• Lead product teams, ensuring close collaboration with engineering to align on product development, timelines, and quality standards
• Manage relationships with key partners and stakeholders, aligning their feedback with product and engineering teams for cohesive product evolution
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, coordinating with engineering on implementation and innovation
