Head of Product

Summary

The job is for a Head of Product at Mina Foundation to lead the development of decentralized computing systems using cryptography and zk-Snarks. The candidate should have leadership abilities, experience in product management, and familiarity with ZK tech and privacy technology. The role requires living in the EMEA region and frequent travel within Europe.

Requirements

• At least 5 years experience as head of product
• 10 years industry experience

Responsibilities

• Full ownership of the product roadmap and its delivery
• Evaluate and prioritize specific opportunities and areas of improvement for the Mina protocol
• Develop product requirements
• Collaborate with engineering, cryptography & other teams in the ecosystem to design, develop, build, QA, and release new products & developer tools for the Mina protocol
• Collaborate with the ecosystem participants (e.g. node operators and developers) to address their needs, communicate product roadmap, and incorporate their feedback into product roadmap

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong interest in ZK tech and privacy technology
• Active member of the ZK community
