Join TINQIN, a technology company focused on innovative solutions for the insurance industry, as their visionary Head of Product. Lead and shape a growing product portfolio of around 12 products, aligning product development with company strategic goals. Drive product innovation by identifying market trends and customer needs, defining requirements, prioritizing features, and managing backlogs and roadmaps. Lead and inspire a high-performing team of approximately 20 product professionals, fostering a culture of mentorship and continuous improvement. Collaborate with stakeholders across business units and present product plans to executive leadership. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in product leadership and expertise in IT product development methodologies.
Requirements
- A university degree / Certification in IT, Finance, Management, or a related field
- Fluency in English and excellent communication skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a product leadership role (e.g. Product Manager, Head of Product)
- Solid expertise in IT product development methodologies, including Scrum
- Proven ability to lead, inspire, and grow large cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Confident presentation and stakeholder engagement skills
Responsibilities
- Define and own the long-term vision and strategy for the entire product portfolio (around 12 products)
- Align product development with the company’s strategic goals and growth roadmap
- Identify market trends and customer needs to drive product innovation and competitiveness
- Shape product direction by defining requirements, prioritizing features, and managing backlogs and roadmaps
- Balance priorities and resources across teams to deliver impactful outcomes
- Inspire and lead a high-performing team of around 20 product managers and product owners—fostering a culture of mentorship, ownership, and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business units to ensure clarity, alignment, and shared success
- Present and communicate product plans and progress to executive leadership
- Handle stakeholder negotiations and align expectations on delivery, performance, and feature sets
- Stay close to the voice of the customer—gather insights from key clients to drive continuous value
