Requirements

• Proven experience in product management, especially in creating and scaling product features for large user bases
• A track record of delivering cross-product features and ensuring seamless product integration
• Experience in fast-paced, product-driven environments (healthcare experience not required)
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset
• Strong commitment to excellence and a high bar for product quality

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the vision and strategic roadmap for Sword Health’s platform, aligning with company objectives and market demands
• Ensure different solutions work together effectively (e.g., member triage across solutions)
• Identify and develop platform features that can be leveraged by all solutions simultaneously
• Drive product initiatives that leverage an AI-first mindset and scale to millions of users
