Responsibilities

  • Market Insight and Customer Segmentation: Conduct comprehensive market research to understand and anticipate customer needs based on size, type, and geography. Segment customers effectively using personas and detailed needs analysis
  • Strategic Investment and Product Fit: Identify investments needed to meet market demands. Develop and prioritize investment cases to shape our strategy. Guide strategic investment choices, including M&A opportunities
  • Developing Solutions for Emerging Market Problems: Create strategies to address complex market problems like cash digitization, card distribution, and AI integration
  • Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy and Product Packaging: Develop GTM approaches for our portfolio, define our packaging and propose pricing for new products and capabilities. Own product marketing materials, enabling sales and educating client-facing teams on how to present the product in the market
  • Product Partnerships: Own overall product partnerships strategy, defining where we need partners, cataloguing partnerships, and identifying gaps
  • Customer Feedback and Continuous Improvement: Develop a program to gather and understand customer and partner feedback and use it to influence planning. Establish a systematic approach to gather and interpret customer feedback and market data, turning insights into actionable improvements and innovations
  • Identifying New Revenue Opportunities: Identify and develop new revenue opportunities, such as data monetization
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration and Planning: Run planning cycles (annually and quarterly) across the team, working closely with heads of product and engineering, Business Development, Deployments, and Customer Success teams. Ensure a unified approach to product launches and ongoing management
  • Senior Leadership and Customer Engagement: Partner with senior team members on major customer accounts, supporting senior relationships up to the executive level. Ensure product needs are understood, especially when working on customer-led engineering initiatives
  • Data Strategy and Metrics Ownership: Own metrics across our portfolio, ensuring we are measuring the right things and using data to inform strategy. Define and guide our data strategy, ensuring that we leverage data effectively to make informed decisions and enhance product offerings
  • Process Improvement and Communication: Create tools and templates to improve processes across Product and Masabi. Communicate effectively (verbal, written and visual) to describe products and initiatives in ways that resonate within the business
