Requirements

7+ years of experience in product marketing or a related field within a SaaS business, ideally from high-growth mid-market and enterprise companies

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy aligning with company objectives for product-led and sales-led growth
  • Lead product marketing experimentation and optimization efforts across the consideration journey
  • Set the vision for product launch and product marketing strategy, and partner closely with Sales and Success counterparts to drive activations, sales enablement, and product adoption
  • Inform product development across ideation, alpha, beta and launch, working with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and other cross-functional partners to bring our products to market
  • Monitor and analyze program performance, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize impact. Utilize data-driven insights to refine and optimize product marketing strategies
  • Work closely with Sales and Success teams to drive customer adoption, activation, and platform usage through tailored engagement strategies. Develop and implement initiatives to deepen customer relationships and reduce churn
  • Lead product and engineering teams to more deeply understand and build empathy for our global customers through market research, data, customer insights, and stories
  • Inspire our teams to bring customers to the center of every product and feature we launch
  • Create and maintain the right communication tactics to keep everyone informed and moving in the same direction. Ensure senior management stakeholders are aware, able to input, and updated on progress
