Summary

The job is for a Head of Product in the PayOuts division of a fintech company that focuses on real-time payments and transfers. The employee will develop product strategies, create business cases, analyze market trends, and oversee product launches among other responsibilities.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of product management experience
• Experience leading teams
• Strategic thinking ability
• Advanced English skills

Responsibilities

• Develop the product strategy in coordination with the Product Directors and company management to create the product roadmap for the period
• Work on creating business cases, high-level use cases, ROI, market analysis, etc. that support the prioritization of strategic projects in the product roadmap
• Drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including research on products and markets, competition analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, and product launch
• Supervise Product Owners (PO) and teams to ensure proper execution of the product strategy and the roadmap
• Design and coordinate go-to-market processes for products and/or features by preparing internal and external trainings, demos, marketing support materials, product documentation, and timely communication of deployments
• Develop product positioning strategies in coordination with the Commercial and Marketing departments to differentiate products in key market segments
