Summary

Cohere Health is looking for a Head of Product Marketing to lead product marketing strategy and execution for their solutions. The successful candidate will define and maintain the overall product marketing strategy, collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop and manage training for the sales team, and build, train, guide, and mentor a product marketing team.

Requirements

• 8+ years of successful product marketing experience for digital products
• 3+ years experience managing marketing staff and functions
• Highly strategic with experience in identifying target markets, buyers and crafting positioning that generates interest and qualified leads
• Superlative content development skills and experience; excellent writing skills
• Familiarity with modern product marketing concepts and structures
• Excellent people and management skills to interact with colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties
• Bachelor’s degree required

Responsibilities

• Define, maintain and deliver Cohere’s overall product marketing strategy and execution to help ensure achievement of Cohere growth goals
• Collaborate with commercial strategy, product management, business development, sales and marketing teams to develop product positioning and messaging that resonate with our targets
• Develop and maintain intelligence on our target markets & buyers - who they are, their needs and their buying criteria
• Develop and maintain intelligence on our competition and how they are positioned
• Understand and support our sales team - develop and manage training on the problems we solve for our buyers and users, and manage sales tools development
• Plan the launches of new products and releases of existing products, and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan

Benefits

The salary range for this position is $170,000 to $200,000 annually; as part of a total benefits package which includes health insurance, 401k and bonus
