Summary

The job is for a QA Team Leader at Ashby, a software company that simplifies and automates complex workflows in the hiring process. The role involves leading a team of three QA analysts, setting the vision for QA evolution, and working closely with the Director of Engineering in EMEA.

Requirements

• Work remotely in the US or Canada
• Manage a team of at least two QA analysts or engineers
• Set a performance standard (e.g., levels, individual and team metrics)
• Be integral to capacity planning for a QA team
• Evaluate and implement software that improves or automates QA processes
• Lead QA process changes with successful outcomes

Responsibilities

• Lead our QA team of three QA analysts to help us meet our unique challenges
• Set the larger vision on how QA evolves to reduce regressions while maintaining a high shipping velocity as the product, team, customer base, and customer size grow

Preferred Qualifications

Overlap with EMEA time zones, as we will add QA team members in EMEA to support our growing EMEA Engineering team
