Requirements

  • You have been a Website Project Manager or Product Owner for at least 2 years in a B2B SAAS company, or an agency that shipped state-of-the-art websites
  • You understand and deeply care about business metrics, and have constant ideas on how to improve them
  • You have an engineering mindset and/or an Engineering degree
  • You have a keen eye for good web design, you can communicate your ideas with the designers. If there are inconsistencies in the website integration, you will notice them
  • You have experience driving projects using external resources (designers working on the website are freelancers that you'll have to select and manage)
  • You believe that a company website should be handled as a product
  • You are fluent in French, and can communicate with teammates in English
  • You have advanced knowledge on one or several of these areas: SEO, Conversion Rate Optimization, Web Apps

Responsibilities

  • Define the roadmap for each quarter with the needs for all teams + your own ideas
  • Turn your roadmap into user stories and a clean list of specs that developers and designers rely on to build
  • Estimate the time needed + staff resources according (we have one in-house developer and work with design freelancers that you'll directly manage)
  • Create wireframes or prototypes to kickstart projects in their early phases
  • Ensure that all the features shipped by the website team are bug-free (you will do the QA yourself, along the website developer)
  • Organize and prioritize projects with the Head of Growth, and clearly explain these choices to all stakeholders and the other teams
  • Work with the SEO Growth Manager, and other teams such as Customer Experience, Sales, or Support to create mini-websites and web experiences
  • Analyze the impact of all website releases, help drive decisions for future improvements
  • Work with the Head of Growth and the C-Suite to define the long-term vision and roadmap for the website
  • Communicate the directions, and any important release to the rest of the company
