Head of QA

Summary

Join our team as a QA Specialist and lead the way in establishing and enforcing pragmatic QA processes, working on projects with designers, project managers, and developers to lift what.'s websites and products to a new level.

Requirements

• Experience in leading a team and establishing a QA organisation
• Ability to write, maintain, and check the correctness of test cases
• Proactive involvement, thinking along, and willingness to shape and further expand our QA organisation
• Verbal and written communication skills in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of at least one programming language
• Understanding of the CI/CD process

Responsibilities

• Lead the team and develop our QA process
• Work with the team on projects, implementing and maintaining test scenarios for new and existing projects
• Perform various types of black box tests to ensure software meets highest quality standards
• Estimate test effort, analyse and communicate test results, and track defects
