Summary

Ventrata is recruiting a Head of Sales to drive growth in Europe. The role involves leading the sales team, achieving regional sales targets, managing client success, coordinating with support functions, analyzing market trends, and reporting performance metrics. Requirements include proven experience as a Sales Leader, strong leadership skills, understanding of the regions' market landscape, excellent communication skills, experience coordinating various sales support functions, and willingness to travel as needed. Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Leader in a similar industry, preferably in SaaS or tourism
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team
• Strong understanding of the regions' market landscape and business environment
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
• Experience coordinating various sales support functions

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage Sales Managers (SMs), and Business Development Representatives (BDRs) in the region
• Achieve regional sales targets and objectives
• Ensure that client success is integrated into the sales process from first point of contact
• Liaise with marketing, technical sales, lead generation, and sales operations to ensure a unified and strategic sales approach
• Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
• Identify and action regional strategies for expanding the company’s customer base including via trade shows and partnerships
• Provide timely and effective reporting and analytics
