Summary

Join Hadley Designs and become the Growth Lead for TikTok Shop, a rapidly expanding sales channel. You will be responsible for recruiting 1000+ new creators monthly, driving $250K in affiliate video sales, and maintaining 10%+ profit margins. Success will involve supercharging top VIP affiliates for 10% month-over-month growth and creating a high-performing creator network. This role offers significant autonomy, a large budget, and the opportunity to shape the company's future. The ideal candidate is a social commerce or affiliate marketing expert with a proven track record of success. This is a remote, full-time position with a flexible schedule.

Requirements

• A social commerce or affiliate ninja (2+ years scaling brands)
• Data-sharp, people-magnetic, and insanely creative
• Hungry to innovate, relentless for results, glued to details
• A communicator who owns it solo or with a crew
• Killer English, writing, and organizing chops

Responsibilities

• Turn our army of TikTok creators into a sales machine
• Recruit 1,000+ new creators/month
• Keep 50% posting, spark contests, newsletters, and hype that sticks
• Grow top 10-20 VIPs by 10% MoM, relationships and incentives that kill it
• Nail 10%+ profit margins, scale smart, not sloppy
• Crunch affiliate data weekly to sharpen strategies
• Run TikTok ad campaigns, launch winners, axe losers
• Team up with marketing for creator assets
• Own the affiliate CRM, onboarding, and training updates
• Check in with affiliates, oversee an assistant that communicates with our creators
• Brainstorm new sales campaigns
• Ride trends, host webinars, audit content, and test incentives, keep it fresh
• Build SOPs and partnerships to stay ahead
