Summary

DFINITY is seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to join as the Head of Strategic Planning and Execution. The role involves leading the development and execution of DFINITY’s strategic initiatives, ensuring strategies are informed by market research and trend analysis. The candidate will report to the Chief Business Officer.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is highly preferred
• 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, preferably with a top-tier consulting firm, and a proven track record in strategic planning, execution, and budget management
• Deep understanding of the digital asset, Web3 and broader tech landscape. Familiarity with ICP technology and ecosystem is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the execution of strategic initiatives across all verticals, ensuring they are aligned with the company’s objectives and market opportunities
• Support the CBO and the leadership team to periodically update the overall strategy, underpinned by market research and a budget allocation framework that prioritizes initiatives based on impact and alignment with the overall goals
