Stream Owner Head of Product

Summary

Join Jooble, a top 10 global job search company, as a Stream Owner (Head of Product B2B) to formulate and execute the long-term vision for our product for B2B clients. This role involves managing resources, risks, and initiatives, and ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.

Requirements

• Experience working in a tech company at a leadership position (preferably Head of Product or VP of Product for 3 years)
• Experience developing B2B Products on Tier-1 markets (US, CA, EU)
• Fluent English language skills (B1 and above)
• Strategic thinking ability with the capacity to see the big picture and break it down into actionable steps
• Ability to formulate strategy, ensure its execution, and achieve long-term business goals
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and ensuring alignment between business departments
• Ability to proactively solve problems and quickly find solutions
• Deep understanding and experience in team management

Responsibilities

• Formulation and maintenance of the long-term vision for the Stream that aligns with Jooble AGG's strategic goals
• Ownership of the Stream roadmap, ensuring its alignment with strategic objectives and business goals
• Planning, prioritizing, and executing strategic initiatives, ensuring the team understands priorities and results
• Regular communication with Country Managers, other Stream Owners, and Executive Team for alignment of goals, risk mitigation, and progress updates
• Resource management, including coordination with other Stream Owners and cross-stream collaboration
• Risk management, proactive identification and management of risks, informing Executive Team about their status and strategies for resolution
• Continuous improvement, analysis of Stream performance, implementation of best practices, and lessons learned to improve operational efficiency
