This critical role involves developing and implementing a hiring strategy aligned with INDG's business goals, establishing a scalable recruitment model, and building a strong employer brand. You will also optimize recruitment processes, lead and mentor the recruitment team, and act as a trusted advisor to leadership. The ideal candidate possesses proven leadership in talent acquisition, executive and global hiring expertise, and a strategic and hands-on approach. Requirements

  • Proven Leadership in Talent Acquisition – Experience leading a recruitment function in a fast-scaling company, driving strategic hiring and operational excellence
  • Executive & Global Hiring Expertise – A successful track record in senior and executive-level hiring
  • Strategic & Hands-On Approach – Ability to set and execute a strong recruitment strategy, balancing hands-on hiring with long-term workforce planning
  • Influential Stakeholder Management – Strong ability to partner with senior leaders and hiring managers, adapting communication and influence to drive hiring success
  • Data-Driven & Process-Oriented – Analytical mindset with a focus on recruitment metrics, reporting, and optimizing hiring processes for efficiency and impact
  • Clear, Direct, & Inspirational Leadership – A down-to-earth, adaptable leader who fosters collaboration, inspires teams, and ensures a structured, high-performing hiring culture

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a hiring strategy aligned with INDG’s business goals
  • Establish a scalable recruitment model that ensures we attract top talent
  • Build and execute a sourcing and pipeline strategy for senior and niche roles
  • Define and strengthen INDG’s employer branding and candidate experience
  • Standardize and enforce best hiring practices across the company
  • Optimize our ATS and recruitment technology for greater efficiency and scalability
  • Work closely with leadership on workforce planning and hiring forecasts
  • Lead, mentor, and grow the recruitment team, ensuring alignment with business needs
  • Partner with hiring managers to improve hiring capabilities and decision-making
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing insights on hiring trends and market dynamics

Preferred Qualifications

  • SaaS, digital advertising, or CGI industry experience
  • Experience developing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools, with an interest in AI for recruitment to enhance hiring workflows and process efficiency
  • Experience building and implementing employer branding initiatives, ensuring visibility in relevant talent markets
  • Expertise in remote hiring
