Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a management role within a staffing agency
- Remote work experience (this can't be your first time working remotely)
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean searches
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 15 recruiters and sourcing agencies
- Design and implement recruitment strategies that attract and retain top talent
- Set performance metrics, conduct regular check-ins, and provide feedback to ensure the team meets hiring targets and maintains high standards
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and other sourcing methods to find and engage high-quality candidates
- Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to track and close deals with clients by understanding their staffing needs and ensuring recruitment aligns with client expectations and timelines
- Build and manage reports and dashboards to track recruitment metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
