Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 15 recruiters and sourcing agencies
- Design and implement recruitment strategies that attract and retain top talent
- Set performance metrics, conduct regular check-ins, and provide feedback to ensure the team meets hiring targets and maintains high standards
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and other sourcing methods to find and engage high-quality candidates
- Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to track and close deals with clients by understanding their staffing needs and ensuring recruitment aligns with client expectations and timelines
- Build and manage reports and dashboards to track recruitment metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement

Weβre a U.S.-based tech startup, and we’re looking to hire someone who wants to help our recruiting team level up their expertise.
The team is currently 8 people, and you’ll be responsible for growing it to 15, across inbound and outbound recruiting, as well as establishing processes, managing and motivating, and getting us to hit goal.
For your background, you’ll need to know how to use LinkedIn Recruiter, and this can’t be your first work-from-home role. Also, you’ll be reporting to our Head of Operations β she’s great. You’ll like her.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management: Lead, coach, and develop a team of 15 recruiters and sourcing agencies, specializing in both outbound and inbound recruitment strategies.
Strategy Development: Design and implement recruitment strategies that attract and retain top talent, aligning with the companyβs goals and client needs.
Performance Monitoring: Set performance metrics, conduct regular check-ins, and provide feedback to ensure the team meets hiring targets and maintains high standards.
Sourcing Expertise: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and other sourcing methods to find and engage high-quality candidates. Stay current on the latest sourcing tools and technologies.
Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
Sync with Sales: Collaborate with the Sales Manager to track and close deals with clients by understanding their staffing needs and ensuring recruitment aligns with client expectations and timelines.
Reporting: Build and manage reports and dashboards to track recruitment metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a management role within a staffing agency.
Remote Work: This can’t be your first time working remotely
LinkedIn Recruiter: You have to know how to use this along with boolean searches
