Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 15 recruiters and sourcing agencies
  • Design and implement recruitment strategies that attract and retain top talent
  • Set performance metrics, conduct regular check-ins, and provide feedback to ensure the team meets hiring targets and maintains high standards
  • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and other sourcing methods to find and engage high-quality candidates
  • Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to track and close deals with clients by understanding their staffing needs and ensuring recruitment aligns with client expectations and timelines
  • Build and manage reports and dashboards to track recruitment metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
