Requirements

  • 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in corporate or agency settings, with a strong emphasis on technical hiring
  • 4+ years of leadership experience managing recruiting teams of 3+ people
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
  • Deep expertise in sourcing techniques, talent market trends, and employer branding strategies
  • Strong proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse, and other HR technologies
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • Exceptional communication, partner management, and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for SaaS technology startups, and building world-class teams

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for the full-cycle recruiting process, from talent sourcing to onboarding, ensuring an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Create and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract and retain top-tier technical and non-technical talent
  • Partner closely with senior leadership, hiring managers, and HR teams to forecast hiring needs, align on workforce planning, and build a robust talent pipeline
  • Leverage data and analytics to refine recruiting processes, improve conversion rates, and optimize hiring efficiency
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters, ensuring high performance and professional growth
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (critical metrics) to measure recruiting success and continuously enhance team productivity
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement within the recruiting team
  • Scale and optimize the recruiting function to support global expansion efforts
  • Drive employer branding initiatives through social media, events, partnerships, and other engagement strategies
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts, ensuring fair and inclusive hiring practices
  • Continuously enhance the candidate experience by implementing standard methodologies in interview processes, feedback collection, and onboarding
  • Lead compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
  • Optimize and implement recruitment tools, systems (e.g., Greenhouse), and processes for efficiency and scalability
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and standard processes to continuously improve the recruiting function
  • Directly manage and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance, performance feedback, and career development opportunities
  • Oversee workload distribution, set clear goals, and track progress to ensure hiring objectives are met
  • Address and resolve team challenges while fostering an environment of accountability and success
  • Foster and sustain productive relationships with external recruiting agencies and vendors to ensure alignment with hiring needs, company culture, and recruitment strategies
