Summary
Join Sinch as the Head of Talent Acquisition - Americas and become a strategic business partner, driving talent acquisition strategies that directly impact growth and success. This role involves collaborating with senior leaders and the global TA team to design and implement scalable hiring strategies. You will lead and develop a team of TA professionals, optimize recruitment processes, and implement innovative methodologies to attract top talent. You will also provide strategic advisory to business leaders and co-lead global recruitment operations. This position reports to the Head of Global Talent Acquisition & APAC HR, based in Australia.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity preferred
- Experience working in a global matrix environment
- Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and grow high-performing TA teams, fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and accountability
- Strategic problem-solver with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Proven track record of driving talent strategies that impact business growth and transformation
- Strong knowledge of HR technology (Oracle is a plus), and recruitment analytics
- Deep experience in scaling recruitment functions in complex, fast-paced, and evolving environments
- Exceptional ability to translate business needs into effective hiring solutions
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a regional TA strategy aligned with business goals, workforce planning, and hiring objectives
- Partner with global TA leadership, specifically our Head of Talent Acquisition, EMEA & APAC, to drive best practices, contribute to global talent initiatives, and ensure alignment across all regions
- Provide strategic advisory to business leaders on hiring trends, workforce planning, and talent market insights
- Lead and develop a team of TA professionals across the United States and Brazil, fostering a high-performance culture
- Optimize recruitment processes, tools, and technologies to enhance efficiency, scalability, and data-driven decision-making
- Implement innovative sourcing, assessment, and selection methodologies to attract top talent
- Collaborate with TA leadership to refine key recruitment metrics, continuously enhance hiring strategies, and measure their impact on business outcomes
- Co-lead global recruitment operations, ensuring a seamless, efficient, and high-quality experience for both candidates and hiring teams
- Ensure that recruitment processes are objective, consistent, and free of bias, leveraging structured interviewing and assessments
- Lead the recruitment of executive roles where required to ensure our Global Leadership Team has the required support
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelorβs degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred

- This position is also eligible for bonus
