Join TDIC Insurance Solutions as a Health Account Representative and contribute to a member-focused, efficient, and effective support system for our health book of business. Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in the insurance industry
- Life & Health (Life Agent) Agent's licenses
Responsibilities
- Support health book of business in a member focused effective and efficient manner in all areas of client satisfaction including new sales and renewal retention
- Be responsible and accountable for day-to-day servicing of our individual & family, Medicare and small group health clients
- Communicate with group administrators and execute small group renewals through a variety of means including secure email, phone, mail, and online
- Accurately collect and enter policyholder data, premium and secure information into brokerage and TDIC internal systems through the sales processes
- Cross promote additional brokerage lines of coverage and seek referral opportunities across TDIC product lines
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in the insurance industry specifically in Health Insurance Sales & Customer Service
- Strong demonstrated knowledge of Health Insurance Industry (Individual, Small Group, Medicare), carriers, Affordable Care Act (ACA), Plan Offerings, insurance forms and service processes
- Bachelorβs degree in business or related field
- AHIP & Insurance Exchange Certification
