Health & Welfare Account Manager

Summary

Join our company as a Health & Welfare Account Manager on the Health & Welfare Service Team, responsible for developing and maintaining professional relationships with clients to administer various reimbursement accounts. This role requires experience in client service, account management, or related fields, with a preference for 3-5 years of experience in the financial or benefits services industry.

Requirements

3-5 years of client service, account management, or related experience in the financial or benefits services industry

Responsibilities

• Lead relationships with assigned clients by holding regular meetings and managing service-level agreements
• Respond to direct client inquiries and help manage general plan operations
• Manage escalated issues through the Sentinel ticket system
• Use problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address non-routine client inquiries and issues
• Leverage Sentinel’s suite of tools to provide clients with data for developing strategies to engage employees in benefits education and selection
• Search for new and innovative ways to meet client needs and improve existing processes

Preferred Qualifications

Ability to obtain Section 125 Cafeteria Plan certification within one year of hire
