Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for daily customer interaction to plan, coordinate, align resources and establish a process for successful implementation of the Pindrop solutions in large enterprise call centers
• You will work with the Customer team and other teams within Pindrop to make sure tasks are executed as planned and that customer expectations are met

Preferred Qualifications

PM certification is desired, not required
