Requirements

  • Must be a Colorado resident to work in our Aurora Office
  • Network speeds with a minimum of 50 mbps download and 15 upload (you can use www.speedtest.net to test this out)
  • Demonstrated history of retention
  • Advanced beginner to Intermediate skills in the Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel)

Responsibilities

  • Represent our hospital clients’ billing office
  • Work Monday through Friday 8:00MST – 5:00MST schedule
  • Help our clients and their patients
  • Effectively work in our newly renovated office located at I-225 and Parker Road
  • Explain confusing and sometimes expensive medical bills to patients while providing empathy and elite customer service
  • Using the company provided computer, log into our internal software program, the client system(s) and other tools such as Microsoft Teams, reference materials, etc. to effectively make and take inbound and outbound calls
  • Fast pace, high call volume position ranging from 60-100 calls a day on average
  • Virtually working with your teammates, supporting and helping fellow reps
  • Providing outstanding customer service and collaborate with patients over the phone on affordable payment plans and taking payments by phone
  • Using your computer proficiency, organization, and attention to detail to accurately document all calls and follow ups in our software systems throughout each day
  • Continuously improving, with supportive coaching / feedback from your manager and team leads and ongoing training

Preferred Qualifications

  • Call center experience
  • Experience in customer service and/or healthcare
  • Bilingual English/Spanish skills
  • Typing 40+ WPM with 90% accuracy

Benefits

  • Base Pay plus monthly performance bonuses averaging $100-$400+ a month ($1,200-$4,800+ annually)
  • Base Salary ranges for this position: CSR I -little to no medical billing and CSR experience: $31,200 - $35,360 plus monthly bonuses
  • CSR ll -some years of experience in medical billing, and CSR experience: $37,440 - $39,520 plus monthly bonuses
  • CSR lll -high volume of years of solid retention with experience in medical billing and CSR experience: $41,600 plus monthly bonuses
  • Work from home opportunity or in our Aurora Office location
