Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience in medical device, diagnostics, or digital health
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas in a clinical sales setting
- Familiarity with cardiac monitoring technologies (Holter, MCT, ECG, loop recorders)
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel within the assigned region
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territory
- Build relationships with cardiology practices, hospitals, electrophysiologists, and clinic decision-makers
- Conduct in-person and virtual product presentations and demonstrations
- Close new accounts and grow revenue through cross-selling and upselling existing clients
- Create and execute a territory sales plan to meet and exceed revenue goals
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects and keep accurate records in the CRM
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to adapt strategy
- Maintain deep understanding of cardiac monitoring technology, reimbursement policies, and industry trends
- Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer support
- Provide post-sale support and training to clients and clinical staff
- Adhere to HIPAA, FDA, and CMS regulations relevant to remote patient monitoring
- Ensure accurate, timely reporting of sales activities, customer interactions, and forecast data
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, or healthcare-related field
- Experience working with EMR/EHR systems or cardiac rhythm management (CRM) devices
- Knowledge of Medicare billing and reimbursement for remote monitoring
