Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience in medical device, diagnostics, or digital health
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas in a clinical sales setting
  • Familiarity with cardiac monitoring technologies (Holter, MCT, ECG, loop recorders)
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to travel within the assigned region

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territory
  • Build relationships with cardiology practices, hospitals, electrophysiologists, and clinic decision-makers
  • Conduct in-person and virtual product presentations and demonstrations
  • Close new accounts and grow revenue through cross-selling and upselling existing clients
  • Create and execute a territory sales plan to meet and exceed revenue goals
  • Maintain a pipeline of prospects and keep accurate records in the CRM
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to adapt strategy
  • Maintain deep understanding of cardiac monitoring technology, reimbursement policies, and industry trends
  • Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer support
  • Provide post-sale support and training to clients and clinical staff
  • Adhere to HIPAA, FDA, and CMS regulations relevant to remote patient monitoring
  • Ensure accurate, timely reporting of sales activities, customer interactions, and forecast data

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, or healthcare-related field
  • Experience working with EMR/EHR systems or cardiac rhythm management (CRM) devices
  • Knowledge of Medicare billing and reimbursement for remote monitoring
