Summary

Join Neolytix, a management service organization serving healthcare organizations, as an Outbound Sales Representative. You will manage inbound and outbound leads, expanding revenue by following up on leads, researching and qualifying prospects, and creating a robust lead list. Responsibilities include preparing proposals, building service solutions, and responding to customer service requests. The ideal candidate possesses B2B sales experience in healthcare, familiarity with CRM systems (Dynamics 365 preferred), and strong presentation and communication skills. Compensation includes a salary of $40,000-$65,000 plus bonuses and sales incentives.

  • B2B Sales experience selling to Healthcare providers
  • Native English fluency and neutral English accent is mandatory

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound leads acquired by the marketing team in Dynamics 365 CRM system
  • Research & Qualify leads – Update CRM
  • Respond to new leads quickly and maximize conversion
  • Prioritize Leads based on Goals assigned and business requirement
  • Email, Call and follow up the sales pipeline of leads with the intent of signing them up for services
  • Follow up on lead at various stages of qualification, Proposal, Contracting etc
  • Write high conversion emails to target leads
  • Research and identify potential clients in the healthcare industry within the assigned region
  • Use various sources, including databases, online research, and networking, to create a robust lead list
  • Identify select target accounts and target them for conversion by emailing, cold calling, promotions or working with the Marketing team
  • Identify decision makers within targeted accounts to begin sales process and build relationship with key decision makers
  • Prepare proposals and quotes and send them out to prospective clients
  • Build service solutions and bundled service go to markets
  • Responsible for answering requests on customer service channels - phone, email or chat
  • Log and action all requests in a timely manner
  • Work with the VP- Sales to create Monthly service promotions
  • Work with the Marketing team to promote specific services, partnerships and promotions
  • Work with the marketing team to promote services & bundles

Preferred Qualifications

  • Has experience working in Healthcare Industry
  • Strong multi tasker and highly developed time management skills
  • Familiar with a Dynamics 365 or any other CRM system
  • Create compelling pitch decks and presentations in Powerpoint
  • Can report and analyze basic sales pipeline data in Excel
  • Highly conversant with Microsoft Office & Teams Communications
  • Understanding of US healthcare and its workings
  • Excellent Customer service & relationship management skills
  • Can develop relationships through easy going conversations even with cold prospects
  • Can develop professional slide decks and proposals for clients
  • Excellent phone skills
  • Can compose professional emails and creative follow ups with prospects
  • Conversant with 3rd party technology apps. Can research and apply apps to creatively bundle with services for unique client solutions
  • Great prospecting skills by leveraging Web research, conducting due diligence by networking and cold calling
  • Can run with deals and drive them to a closure
  • Undergraduate degree in Business, CS or Marketing
