Requirements
- 4+ years' experience in healthcare revenue cycle self-pay consulting
- Experience leading process improvement projects, in the healthcare revenue cycle industry
- Healthcare software technical implementation experience
- Project management experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Up to 20% future travel
Responsibilities
- Prepare and conduct operational and organizational assessments, using best practice analytical tools
- Make recommendations related to workflow re-design, organizational design, change management, and deliver the results of analysis that optimizes our solutions performance and provides the basis for lasting results
- Collaborate with internal development and technical support, to resolve issues; bridging the gap between non-technical user perspective and technical IT perspective
- Analyze and facilitate resolution of complex issues, from internal and external clients
- Learn, understand, and identify customer problems, and recognize core issues
