Summary

Requirements

  • 4+ years' experience in healthcare revenue cycle self-pay consulting
  • Experience leading process improvement projects, in the healthcare revenue cycle industry
  • Healthcare software technical implementation experience
  • Project management experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Up to 20% future trave

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and conduct operational and organizational assessments, using best practice analytical tools
  • Make recommendations related to workflow re-design, organizational design, change management, and deliver the results of analysis that optimizes our solutions performance and provides the basis for lasting results
  • Collaborate with internal development and technical support, to resolve issues; bridge the gap between non-technical user perspective and technical IT perspective
  • Analyze and facilitate resolution of complex issues, from internal and external clients
  • Learn, understand, and identify customer problems, and recognize core issues
