Summary
Join Experian as a Collections Optimization Consultant and leverage your expertise in healthcare revenue cycle self-pay consulting to optimize patient collections for our clients. You will conduct operational and organizational assessments, make recommendations for workflow and organizational redesigns, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues. This role requires experience leading process improvement projects in the healthcare revenue cycle industry, along with healthcare software implementation and project management experience. Requirements
- 4+ years' experience in healthcare revenue cycle self-pay consulting
- Experience leading process improvement projects, in the healthcare revenue cycle industry
- Healthcare software technical implementation experience
- Project management experience

Responsibilities
- Prepare and conduct operational and organizational assessments, using best practice analytical tools
- Make recommendations related to workflow re-design, organizational design, change management, and deliver the results of analysis that optimizes our solutions performance and provides the basis for lasting results
- Collaborate with internal development and technical support, to resolve issues; bridge the gap between non-technical user perspective and technical IT perspective
- Analyze and facilitate resolution of complex issues, from internal and external clients
- Learn, understand, and identify customer problems, and recognize core issues
