Summary
Join Vesta Healthcare, a specialized medical group focused on aging adults with long-term home care needs, as a key member of our care team. You will serve as an internal expert on member and caregiver onboarding, managing outreach, education, and remote onboarding. Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- 2-3 years of inside sales or outbound telephonic sales
- Comfortable being on the phone throughout the day (minimum 80-120 calls per day)
- An internet speed of 20Mbps minimum with speed test proof to be submitted upon hire
Responsibilities
- Serve as an internal expert on the member and caregiver onboarding experience, owning program outreach, education, and remote onboarding from start to finish
- Manage a call list to effectively educate target members and their care teams on the benefits of the Vesta Healthcare program
- Coordinate with members, caregivers, and family to obtain program consent
- Collaborate with the Vesta Healthcare Clinical Team in scheduling of virtual visits to onboard new members and their caregivers to the program
- Successfully manage responsibilities with consistent performance of all KPIs
- Function within the timeframes of a fast-paced startup in the healthcare environment
- Performs other duties as required or assigned

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
