Healthcare Outreach Sales Specialist

Summary

Join Vesta Healthcare, a specialized medical group focused on aging adults with long-term home care needs, as a key member of our care team. You will serve as an internal expert on member and caregiver onboarding, managing outreach, education, and remote onboarding. Responsibilities include managing a call list to educate members and their care teams, coordinating program consent, collaborating with the clinical team, and consistently meeting KPIs. This fast-paced startup environment requires fluency in Spanish and English, 2-3 years of inside or outbound sales experience, and a minimum internet speed of 20 Mbps. Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English
• 2-3 years of inside sales or outbound telephonic sales
• Comfortable being on the phone throughout the day (minimum 80-120 calls per day)
• An internet speed of 20Mbps minimum with speed test proof to be submitted upon hire

Responsibilities

• Serve as an internal expert on the member and caregiver onboarding experience, owning program outreach, education, and remote onboarding from start to finish
• Manage a call list to effectively educate target members and their care teams on the benefits of the Vesta Healthcare program
• Coordinate with members, caregivers, and family to obtain program consent
• Collaborate with the Vesta Healthcare Clinical Team in scheduling of virtual visits to onboard new members and their caregivers to the program
• Successfully manage responsibilities with consistent performance of all KPIs
• Function within the timeframes of a fast-paced startup in the healthcare environment
• Performs other duties as required or assigned
