Healthcare Project Manager

Requirements

• Proven project management experience in a healthcare setting (provider, hospital, payer, health tech, or similar)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a track record of delivering results under tight deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for managing stakeholders and reporting on progress
• Proficiency with project management and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar)
• Comfortable working independently and making decisions that move projects forward
• Fluent in English at a C1/C2 level

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent healthcare projects, ensuring milestones are met and deliverables are tracked
• Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and client stakeholders to maintain alignment on goals, scope, and timelines
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including timelines, status reports, and workflow documentation
• Identify risks, address blockers quickly, and escalate issues when needed to keep projects moving forward
• Use project management tools and reporting dashboards to monitor progress and communicate updates to stakeholders
• Support process improvements that enhance efficiency and quality in last-mile healthcare delivery initiatives
