Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in product operations, program/project management, business operations, consulting or similar professional experience
  • Ownerโ€™s Mentality: You spot problems before others do and take the lead in fixing them
  • Connector: You build relationships across teams and lead without formal authority
  • Proficiency with project and collaboration tools
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Project management and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate and mitigate risk
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change

Responsibilities

  • Translate operational actions and initiatives into measurable business value, with a direct focus on impacting new ARR
  • Lead cross-functional strategic product initiatives from kickoff through execution
  • Define and manage project scope, timelines, resources, and interdependencies to ensure timely delivery of key milestones
  • Proactively identify and remove blockers, adjusting plans as needed to mitigate risks and maintain momentum
  • Provide clear, consistent updates to leadership and teams, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged
  • Participate in all critical meetings to ensure alignment, remove friction, and drive successful project outcomes
  • Establish and refine project management frameworks, communication channels, and workflows to ensure consistency and continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree in a related field
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum SDLC
  • PMP or CSM
